8-Week Development & Training Course
Service Description
Our structured 8-week development programme is designed to build confidence, enhance skills, and provide professional coaching for children in school years 2-9. Sessions focus on technical development, fitness, and match play in a fun and engaging environment. Weekly Training Schedule Week 1 – 24th May: Open Training Week and Fitness Testing Week 2 – 31st May: Ball Mastery (Achieve 1,000 touches) Week 3 – 7th June: Fitness Festival (Sprints, Strength, Challenges) Week 4 – 14th June: Passing Mastery and Drills Week 5 – 21st June: Skills and Challenges Week 6 – 28th June: Attack vs Defence Coaching Week 7 – 5th July: Assessment Week (Speed, Strength & Ball Skills) Week 8 – 12th July: Tournament and Awards Ceremony
