At SportsFusion, we are committed to developing the next generation of young people through sport. We run a range of programmes designed to create positive, structured and enjoyable learning environments for people of all ages.

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who share our values and want to help deliver high-quality sporting experiences. Whether you are a qualified coach or a young person looking to get started in the industry, we want to hear from you.

Our Programmes

 

SportsFusion provides a variety of services across the UK for schools, organisations and the wider community:

 

Coaching: Delivery of a range of sports in private organisations, schools, sports clubs and more

 

1:1 Player Development: Individual sports coaching and tuition for children and adults focused on technical development and confidence.

 

Sports Camps: Multi-sport, Football and Netball camps held during school holidays for Children.

 

Tournaments & Events: Organising and delivering high-energy sports tournaments, community and corporate events for all ages.

 

 

Technical Training: Specialist training in our specific programmes based around development.

Qualified Coaches (Ages 18+)

We are actively seeking experienced or developing sports coaches who are passionate about working with young people. Applicants must have a desire to make a positive difference and be committed to professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Aged 18 or over

  • Hold or be working toward a recognised coaching qualification (e.g. FA Level 1 or 2, PE teaching certification)

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

  • First Aid and Safeguarding training (preferred)

  • Consistent availability, punctuality and strong communication skills

 

Expectations:

  • Deliver or assist with structured, age-appropriate coaching sessions

  • Engage and motivate children in a fun, safe and inclusive environment

  • Set up and pack away equipment

  • Communicate professionally with children, staff and parents

  • Be available to work during school terms and/or holiday camps

Junior Coaches Programme
(Ages 16–18)

Our Junior Coaches Programme is designed to introduce passionate young people to the world of coaching. This is a development opportunity with real responsibility, ideal for students considering careers in sport or education.

Requirements:

  • Aged 16–18

  • Complete a minimum of two voluntary sessions before paid opportunities

  • Be proactive, punctual and open to learning

  • Show genuine interest in working with children aged 5–12

  • Demonstrate positive communication and teamwork

 

Expectations:

  • Support coaches with delivery, equipment setup and organisation

  • Remain on-site throughout the day

  • Follow uniform guidelines: black sports top and bottoms (preferably Nike)

  • No mobile phone use during sessions

  • Bring your own whistle and packed lunch

Part-Time Administrator – Flexible Role in Sport

Location: Remote + some London-based sessions/events
Time: 1-2 flexible days a week + some weekend session support
Type: Part-time (with potential to grow)
Pay: Negotiable – the more you can do, the more we’ll pay
Start Date: August/September 2025

About the Role

SportsFusion is expanding fast – we’ve got new youth programmes launching, a custom-built web-app, plus launching our e-commerce on the way. We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and positive to help keep us running smoothly.

 

This role is perfect for:

  • A university student on a gap year

  • A parent looking for flexible, meaningful work

  • A young person eager to explore the business side of sport

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Admin support: calendars, kit orders, bookings, policy writing

  • Customer care: responding to emails and session queries

  • On-site session/event support: helping out when needed

  • Kit & stock management: handling supplies, orders, and merch logistics

  • Project assistance: supporting our expansion and daily operations

  • Social media & content: posting updates, creating reels/stories, working with our team to promote sessions, kit, and events

  • Assist with our sports equipment & merch business as it grows

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Highly organised and reliable

  • A confident people person who communicates clearly

  • Comfortable around children and families

  • A passion for sport – especially football – is a must

  • Able to work flexibly and occasionally on evenings/weekends

  • Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks

 

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued):

  • Experience with tools like Google Drive, Excel, Mailchimp, Canva or Wix

  • Background in social media content creation

  • Experience in sport, admin, youth work, or events

  • Comfortable posting across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook

  • DBS checked (or happy to complete one)
