Important Information
Rules
SportsFusion camps are always based around development! All attendees must have an attitude to want to learn, improve, and work as part of a team. Violence, bad attitude, bad behaviour and bullying will not be tolerated. Depending on severity of the situation we will follow this 3 step disciplinary process:
- Have a word and resolve the situation onsite.
- If the problem continues, we will contact parents to have a face to face.
- We will issue a final warning. We will suspend the child from Camp.
- ALL children must have their own packed lunch
- ALL children must have sufficient footwear and clothing ready for a change of weather
- We will allow for children to be in groups of 3, of their choice.
- We will then put them into groups which we feel works best for the day Children cannot attend without forms being submitted.
- Lastly, have fun!
Payments/Refunds
- All Payments are inclusive of VAT.
- SportsFusion does not refund any payments.
- We are happy to reschedule sessions We will refund if there are any changes in government guidance regarding covid19 only.
- We do not offer refunds for any other reason including weather. We endeavour to continue with camp in all conditions. If weather is deemed unsafe and we have to cancel a day of camp, the session will be rescheduled. If camp has already started there will be no rescheduling or refunds.
- If a child is unfortunately ill, or is suspended from camp, we do not issue a refund.

Pitches/Location
- Our Camp location is Wandsworth Common opposite Blenkarne/Morella rd
- In the event of pitch/outdoor issues our relocation location is as follows: Kidsfusion(Latchmere Leisure Centre), Battersea, SW11 5BP
- Please note we rent the space from Continental Landscapes (Idverde). They are within their contractual rights to ask us to move location(Currently Wandsworth Common) or refrain from using an area due to the condition of the grass.
