SportsFusion camps are always based around development! All attendees must have an attitude to want to learn, improve, and work as part of a team. Violence, bad attitude, bad behaviour and bullying will not be tolerated. Depending on severity of the situation we will follow this 3 step disciplinary process:

• Have a word and resolve the situation onsite.
• If the problem continues, we will contact parents to have a face to face.
• We will issue a final warning. We will suspend the child from Camp.

• ALL children must have their own packed lunch
• ALL children must have sufficient footwear and clothing ready for a change of weather
• We will allow for children to be in groups of 3, of their choice.
• We will then put them into groups which we feel works best for the day Children cannot attend without forms being submitted.
• Lastly, have fun!

• All Payments are inclusive of VAT.
• SportsFusion does not refund any payments.
• We are happy to reschedule sessions We will refund if there are any changes in government guidance regarding covid19 only.
• We do not offer refunds for any other reason including weather. We endeavour to continue with camp in all conditions. If weather is deemed unsafe and we have to cancel a day of camp, the session will be rescheduled. If camp has already started there will be no rescheduling or refunds.
• If a child is unfortunately ill, or is suspended from camp, we do not issue a refund.
